By using Kefamo you accept these rules. There are only a few, and they are written in plain language: they set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Kefamo collects and shows events. Some of the content is published directly by organisers; the rest comes from public sources, and is marked as such on the event page.
The service is run by Giovanni Nirta, Via Trieste 16, 57023 Cecina (LI) — C.F. NRTGNN90R01D976J. Contact: info@kefamo.com.
This is the most important part to read. Times, prices, venues and availability can change without notice, and we cannot always spot it. Before you set off, always check the official website of the event or place: every page carries a link to the source. Kefamo does not organise events, does not sell tickets and is not liable for cancellations, changes of programme or inaccurate information coming from the sources.
Photos remain yours. By uploading them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish them on Kefamo, crediting you with the name you chose. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove the photo. Do not upload other people's images: we review every photo before publishing it, but what you upload is your responsibility.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and, in serious or repeated cases, close the account. Where possible we give notice first.
Events collected from public sources remain the property of their respective owners: we always state the source and link back to the original site. If you own a piece of content and want it removed, write to info@kefamo.com: we will do so, no argument.
Some features for organisers may be paid. Prices and conditions are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you buy as a consumer you have the right of withdrawal provided by law, unless the service has already been fully supplied with your consent.
Kefamo is a young project and still evolving: we may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will do our best to keep things running, but the service is provided «as is», with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile remains competent, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
If we change these rules we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will notify registered users by email. How data is handled is described in the privacy notice.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian text of these terms prevails.
